The effects of car exposure

1. Accelerate the aging of car paint: Although the current car painting process is very advanced, the original car paint consists of four paint layers on the body steel plate: electrophoretic layer, medium coating, color paint layer and varnish layer, and will be cured at high temperature of 140-160℃ after spraying. However, long-term exposure, especially in the summer, under the combination of the scorching sun and strong ultraviolet rays, will also accelerate the aging of the car paint, resulting in a decline in the gloss of the car paint.

2. Aging of the window rubber strip: the sealing strip of the window is prone to deformation at high temperatures, and long-term exposure will accelerate its aging and affect its sealing performance.

3. Deformation of interior materials: the interior of the car is mostly plastic and leather materials, which will cause deformation and odor for a long time at high temperature.

4. Tire aging: tires are the only medium for the car to contact with the ground, and the service life of tires is related to the strength of the car and the driving road condition, as well as temperature and humidity. Some owners park their cars in the open parking lot, and the tires are exposed to the sun for a long time, and the rubber tires are easy to bulge and crack.
